  • Check-in and check-out
Check-in: 3 pm~; check-out: ~11 am. There is no curfew, but if it'll be much later than your supposed arraival time, please contact our front desk in advance.
  • Luggage keep & delivery
Luggage keep: Available both before check-in, and after check-out. Your luggage will be kept at the hotel front desk. (No food or drinks that need to be kept in refrigerator or freezer)

Pre-delievery of luggage: We can keep your luggage until your check-in day, if you deliever your luggage to our property after you made a reservation. (No delicated things, no cash related things)Address: Minato-ku Takanawa 4-7-6, Tokyo, Tokyo Prefecture 108-0074 Japan*Please wrtite down your reservation name and check-in date.
  • About Parking
15 parking units are available at first-come-first-served basis. (¥ 1,800 / day) There are no provisions of height because it is outdoors, but reservations are not accepted. Not for bus parking.
  • About payment method
You will be charged room rate at the time of check-in. Cash and credit card are both acceptable.
  • About terms of cancellation
No cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel 2 days before your check in date.20% of total reservation fee will be charged if you canceled reservation 1 day before check in date.In case of no show or cancellation of check-in date, 100% of total reservation fee will be charged.
  • For Internet connection in guest room
Wireless LAN in all rooms (Wi-Fi) is available free of charge. At business corner on the first floor, we offer a rental computer free of charge. Copy, FAX, MFP printer is also available with surcharge.
  • About the room amenities
Room amenities can be different in every room type. Kindly check the rooms for more information.
  • Guidance of breakfast (Plates & Buffet)
Hours: 7: 00 a.m.~9:. 30 a.mWe don't serve breakfast before 7 am. Also we dont do meal transfer correspondence such as transfer breakfast to lunch.
  • For limousine bus to the airport
Limousine bus to Narita airport: There is regular service from Grand Prince Shin-Takanawa, right in front of it. Reservation is available at our front desk only for in-house guests after check-in.

Limousine bus to Haneda airport:  Reservation is not available.
  • About tobacco
We are Non-smoking property. Smoking is only allowed in the smoking booth on the first floor. (Available 24 hours)
  • Convenience store
Located on the 1-minute walk. We will offer a map at the front desk.
  • Child Policy
1 child under 6 years old can stay free of charge when using existing bed. If you need an extra bed for your kid, the extra fee same as an adult will be charged. We can arrange connect (some room types are not available) twin beds triple beds and four beds upon your special request, but there will be a small gap between the beds. Baby crib bed guard are free rental. Please contact us in advance.
  • Tickets arrangment for Tokyo Skytree -®
We are sorry, but we don't provide service for tickets arreangement for the Tokyo Skytree. But the ticket of the observation deck (350m), you can purchase at a convenience store (Seven-Eleven) nearby, we will guide you through the nearby Seven-Eleven. Brochure for that is available at the front desk.
  • Reantal wheelchair & barrier-free room
We are sorry, there is no barrier-free room in our property. Rental wheelchair is available in the property, please do contact us to make a reservation in advance as the limited number of it.
